Qaiwan Mirador is an architectural visualization project where LUMORION+ served as the creative and technical force behind its CG creation, VFX, and compositing. Our team was fully responsible for bringing the development's vision to life — translating architectural plans into a cinematic, immersive visual experience through 3D art direction and high-end CGI production.
Project Overview
The project involved building the environment and structures in full 3D, then crafting a dynamic FPV (first-person view) animation that guides the viewer through the space with fluid, cinematic motion. LUMORION+ handled every layer of the visual pipeline — 3D modeling and lighting, VFX integration, and compositing — while directing the overall art direction to ensure the visualization felt lifelike, atmospheric, and true to the architectural intent. The result is an immersive archviz piece that showcases Qaiwan Mirador not just as a structure, but as a living, breathing space.
